USP Steels’ new headquarters marks an exciting new chapter for the business, with a workplace created to support its people and the way they work. Boss Design partnered on the project to provide furniture across the space, helping to shape welcoming, adaptable environments for focused work, meetings and collaboration.
Design collaboration
Working alongside USP’s design and project team, Boss Design specified a suite of products carefully matched to the needs of a flexible, high-performance workplace.
The Beau bench provides an indulgent level of comfort while simultaneously encouraging conversation and collaboration.
The Frida Focus Booth offers semi-private spaces for concentrated work and one-to-one discussions, balancing acoustic performance with visual openness.
The Low back Mila promises an oasis of calm, next level comfort and a place of sanctuary. With a firm surround it creates a protective cocoon around its soft cushioning.
Each product was finished in bespoke upholstery and carefully selected materials that complement USP’s brand palette, creating a softer counterpoint to the exposed recycled brickwork and steel structure of the warehouse. Warm neutrals, natural textures and subtle accents bring a sense of comfort and refinement to the industrial setting.
The Ola Barstool epitomises European design. It combines beauty with a variety of materials, without compromising its ergonomically engineered comfort. This beautifully curved multipurpose chair sits perfectly in a range of workplace habitats, such as work cafés, formal meeting spaces or breakout areas.
The Sia Task Chair provides ergonomic excellence and adaptive comfort across workstations and focus zones, ensuring long-term support and user wellbeing.
