‘As I stand here reflecting on my first NeoCon, I have to admit—it’s been a whirlwind. A rewarding, inspiring, and slightly overwhelming whirlwind.

When I arrived at theMART, I knew I was entering a space filled with design leaders and bold innovation. But what I didn’t expect was just how energizing it would be to be surrounded by so many people who genuinely care about the future of workspaces, materials, and the human experience in design.

At Boss Design, we always strive to balance beauty with purpose – making furniture that works well, looks great, and feels even better. To see our work on display among such talent, and to hear people respond to it with curiosity and excitement, was both humbling and motivating.

I’ve learned so much over the last few days—from emerging trends to the nuances of how people interact with the spaces we create. But more than anything, I’ve walked away with a deeper sense of why we do what we do: to make environments that support people in being their best, most comfortable, and most creative selves.

Thank you to our brilliant team at Boss Design for making this debut so smooth—and to the NeoCon community for the warm welcome. I’m heading home with tired feet, a full sketchbook, and more ideas than I can count.
