“As I stand here reflecting on my first NeoCon, I have to say it’s been an incredibly rewarding, inspiring, and truly memorable experience.

When I arrived at theMART, I knew I was stepping into a space filled with design leadership and bold innovation. What I didn’t expect was just how energising it would be to be surrounded by so many people who genuinely care about the future of workspaces, materials, and the human experience in design.

At Boss Design, we are always focused on balancing beauty with purpose, creating furniture that functions well, looks great, and feels even better. Seeing our work displayed among such incredible talent, and hearing the curiosity and excitement it sparked, was both humbling and motivating.

Over the past few days, I have learned so much, from emerging trends to the subtle ways people interact with the spaces we create. More than anything, I am leaving with a deeper understanding of why we do what we do: to design environments that help people feel comfortable, inspired, and able to be their best selves.

Thank you to our amazing team at Boss Design for making this debut such a success, and to the NeoCon community for the warm welcome. I am heading home with tired feet, a full sketchbook, and more ideas than I can count.
